Hello, everyone! Welcome to my websites!
First of all, because I enjoy creating fantasy and fan-fiction illustration drawings, my website started out as a personal portfolio and blog called Dragon Witch. Not until I changed my personal blog to my first name and made the decision to use it again on a professional level. For this reason, you can call me Ainul, yet my pen name, D.W. Ainul, is still a part of who I am.
Additionally, I continue to upload my stories and poetry on this website through my blog, and I plan to add more art pieces to both the blog and my portfolio. Just so you know, I made this website to share my artwork and the poems I write. This is because, in my opinion, art encompasses both verbal and visual beauty in addition to visual expression.
Today's artists are confronted with challenges posed by artificial intelligence, which undermines their viability, particularly in my nation. This also applies to me personally. In the meantime, I think having an A.I. has advantages. But the terrible reality was that, as humans, we had lost our appreciation for the artistic process. Art, in my opinion, is a manifestation of ideas that are expressed through how people view it. The feeling, the stories, the imperfections, it's like finding a meaning in life.
In retrospect, I created this website a long time ago only for enjoyment, sharing my knowledge of creating poems and artwork. However, I have now chosen to use it as a platform where I share my entire process, not only as an artist but also as a writer, poet, and storyteller through animation. Furthermore, I didn't want to have high expectations for people to be inspired by my story of surviving as an artist in a world where artificial intelligence is used. Just expressing my ideas and insights from my development as a creative individual.
Hopefully, the reader's could enjoy and find your own meaning of life from my previous work. There will be more update so stay tuned if you interested with the art, poems and short stories.
